LAUREN ROSE SPENCER

Lauren Rose Spencer is an American artist. Her artwork is best described as abstract, contemporary art; and incorporates popular culture into many aspects of her paintings. Lauren loves to paint with bold colors, and will add 3D elements and use mixed media in various forms to her work as well.

Lauren loves to travel. She was born with an intuitive spirit and a loves to be outside and explore new places and to meet new people. With all of her experiences, she blends her views of the world into her artwork; to express her thoughts and emotions onto the canvas.

Lauren studied Interior Design at the Salt Lake Community College in Salt Lake City, Utah. Following this experience she served as a full-time missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Returning home to Utah after 18 months of proselyting, she returned to the University of Utah to pursue a Bachelors degree in Strategic Communications, with a focus on Sports Journalism. While continuing her education she moved to New York City; the center of the art world- to begin a new adventure.

As an artist, Lauren has earned worldwide recognition from working with clients in Dubai, to local businesses and friends in New York City. Recently she has opened her art studio in Midtown Manhattan, where she creates exhibitions and other works of art.

Lauren loves her family and friends. While trying to balance her life she always looks for ways to serve others, and loves to help others. She sees the beauty in all things, including paint spills and accidental pen marks on her clothes.
